The site currently offers no accounts, comments, payments, or newsletter subscription and does not collect data directly through web forms.

If you email us, we receive your address, the message content, and any other information you choose to include. We use it to reply and manage your request.

The hosting and infrastructure provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, request time, and page address for delivery, security, and diagnostics. Legends of Romania does not use this data for advertising profiles.

Some place pages load maps from OpenStreetMap. When a map loads, your browser communicates directly with that provider and may transmit technical data. Google Maps and other external links are contacted only when you choose to open them and are governed by those services’ policies.

Legends of Romania currently uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools and sets no first-party marketing cookies. Embedded external services may use their own technologies under their policies. We will update this page and the consent mechanism before introducing non-essential tools.

We process messages and necessary technical data on the basis of legitimate interests in communicating, protecting, and administering the project, and to meet applicable legal obligations. We retain messages only as long as needed for the request, record-keeping, and any legal requirements. Data may be processed by our hosting and email providers to the extent required for their services.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability and may complain to the Romanian data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise a right, contact us with enough information to identify the request, without sending unnecessary documents.

We will update this policy if we introduce forms, a newsletter, analytics, payments, or other providers that change how data is processed. The revision date appears at the beginning of the page.
